Today, July 17, is National Peach Ice Cream Day! If you want to celebrate on a lighter note, try 5-Minute Healthy Peach Frozen Yogurt!
This is a super simple recipe and you can make changes based on what you already have in your kitchen. For example, I didn’t have honey but maple syrup was an easy substitution. If you don’t have plain yogurt, use vanilla or peach. And if you have lemon juice in the fridge, that will work in the place of the fresh juice. When it all comes together, it will be delicious!
Eat well and enjoy!
